Choose from six rooms on first floor, three with balconies.

All rooms are en-suite with showers, except for our large double aspect room which has en-suite bath with shower over.

All rooms have  double beds (two available with single bed for triple  occupancy). Each room has remote control TV, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Room rates are based on occupancy, and will vary according to Room Only or Breakfast included options.

BREAKFAST

We provide Room Only rates or an inclusive room with breakfast option rate can be selected when booking, subject to availability.

All breakfasts are freshly prepared by chef and available from 7 - 8.15 am Monday to Friday, 8 -9.15 am weekends and some Bank Holidays.

Options include full English cooked to order or lighter plates including vegetarian and gluten free.
